Cancellations/Suspensions

All cancellations, suspensions or account changes must be submitted by Thursday at 11:59pm. If no notice is received by Thursday at 11:59pm your meal plan will be renewed for the upcoming week. Please be advised that we do not provide a refund once payments have been processed, only credits will be awarded. I started about a month ago with your meal preps. Since I have started I have lose about 8-10 pounds which is amazing. I do Crossfit and have gained muscle but wanted to lose weight too. The food always tastes fresh and delicious! This works out for me especially with my work schedule and crossFit. You never disappoint me with the meals and I look forward to every week.

When I called Ely to inquire about her meal plan I thought I was eating healthy for the most part. After the first week I noticed I was doing it all wrong. I was eating foods cooked in oil and seasoned with salt. Not only did I lose weight, but the fact I lost 20lbs in 12 weeks and saved money and time was all worth it.
