Our weekly menu is emailed to all customers on Wednesday evenings.
We like to accommodate all of our client's dietary needs and or preferences. When customizing your individual meal plan, please specify any allergens or dislikes that you may have. Items may be substituted at your request.
Yes, each container will have a Nutrition Fact label that will provide you with the meal's necessary nutritional information.
Your freshly cooked meals will be delivered in individually packaged BPA free microwave and dishwasher safe containers.
All of our ingredients are sourced fresh without any preservatives every week, therefore the cutoff for new customers is Thursday night for deliveries beginning the following Monday.
Didn't get in on time? No worries! Your deliveries will begin the following week.
We prepare, cook, and store all of our meals in our commercial kitchen. Located in Miami, FL.
Only wild caught grouper, snapper, mahi mahi, shrimp, and salmon. Never farm raised seafood!
Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide Vegetarian meal options. However, we will be launching our vegetarian line soon!
Yes, our meals are cooked with salt. However, all of our meals are low in sodium. If you are interested in a sodium free diet please feel free to check out our Lean Green Program.
Home Meals to be delivered on Sunday evenings are cooked and prepared the same day, meals that are to be delivered on Tuesday evenings are cooked and prepared Tuesday before delivery time.
Weekly meal plans are charged every Friday.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
Our minimum order is currently the Simple Plan (1 meal per day lunch/dinner) which starts at $52 plus tax per week.
Delivery in Miami-Dade County is absolutely free!
Broward County incurs a small fee of $15 per week.
We currently have a 3 to 4-month menu cycle. You won't see the same meal again for another 3 to 4 months unless it's in high demand!
The Executive Chef also designs new menu items to take advantage of seasonal ingredients throughout the year.
We deliver meals twice a week:
Sunday night for Monday and Tuesday's meals and Tuesday night for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's meals.
Meals are delivered between 5 PM - 10 PM. Our meals are specifically designed and tested to be refrigerated and reheated throughout the week.
Please advise the security guard to allow deliveries. Enter any additional information such as gates and door codes that we would need in the delivery notes box when signing up.
We recommend that you refrigerate your meals if you plan to consume them in the same week. Freezing your meals is also an option if you plan to store them for longer than a week.
Once you receive your meals, simply refrigerate and microwave for two minutes when ready to eat. For best results, we recommend heating our meals in an oven at 350 degrees until hot (10-15 minutes - do not use the microwavable containers for oven heating.)
Each meal we produce will be clearly marked breakfast, lunch or dinner meal just below the "use by" date - located toward the bottom of each container's label. Ideally, you should be consuming the meals every 3-4 hours, depending on your goals.
