Weight Loss Weekly Meal Plan

Our Delycious “Weight Loss” weekly meal plan consists of 10 meals per week. Five meals being Lunch meals and the remaining five are your dinner meals.

Lunch servings are composed of 4oz of protein and complex carbs.

Dinner servings consist 4oz of protein and leafy greens or veggies.
